Buyer terms
Buyer Terms
These cover purchases you make on mykitchen.bio storefronts.
Effective July 6, 2026
What you're buying
Digital cookbooks and recipes made by independent creators: online access, including cook mode, and where included, downloadable files like PDFs. Nothing physical ships.
Who you're buying from
Each cookbook is created and owned by its creator. Checkout and payment are operated by AXL Media LLC, doing business as mykitchen.bio ("mykitchen.bio"), and payments are processed by Stripe. The price you see is the price you pay — card processing is included.
Your access
Purchases are tied to the email you used at checkout. Lost the link? Recover access anytime at the storefront with that email. Keep your email current; we can't recover purchases for an address you no longer control.
Your license
Purchases are for your personal use: cook from them, print for your kitchen, love them to pieces. You can't resell, redistribute, repost, or share access — the recipes stay the creator's property, and copying their work hurts the person who made it.
Refunds
Full refunds within 7 days. Refunded purchases lose access. Disputing a charge with your bank suspends access while the dispute is open.
Content
Creators are responsible for their recipes and claims. Recipes are shared in good faith — use your judgment on allergies, dietary needs, and food safety; nothing here is medical or nutritional advice.
The boring-but-important part
The service is provided as-is; to the extent the law allows, our liability for any purchase is capped at the amount you paid for it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. If a term is unenforceable, the rest still stand. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
