Who operates mykitchen.bio

mykitchen.bio is operated by AXL Media LLC, doing business as mykitchen.bio.

What we collect

Account details such as name, email, and Google sign-in identifier; the content you give us to work with, including recipe links, captions, transcripts, notes, files, and videos you paste or upload; your storefront and cookbook data; purchase and payout records; and basic usage analytics such as pages visited and funnel events.

Payment card details go directly to Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.

How we use it

We use your data to run the product: turning your content into recipe drafts and cookbooks, processing submitted content with AI service providers for that purpose, operating storefronts and checkout, delivering purchases to buyers, sending transactional email, handling payouts and support, and improving the product.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use your recipes to build anything except your recipes.

Who your data is shared with

We share data with service providers who make the product work, only for the work described: Stripe for payments, payouts, and identity verification for sellers; Resend for transactional email; our hosting and database providers; media-processing vendors that fetch content from links you paste; and AI providers that parse your content into drafts.

Creators see the emails of their own buyers. That's the product. We don't share your buyer list with anyone else.

Creators and buyers

If you buy from a creator's storefront, your email and purchase go to that creator's customer list. They're responsible for how they contact you beyond delivery, and every marketing email includes unsubscribe.

If you're a creator, your recipes, cookbooks, and customer list are yours; export them anytime.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies for sign-in and lightweight analytics to understand what works.

No ad-network tracking pixels are active today. If that changes for our own marketing, this policy will say so.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account exists. Raw videos fetched from links are retained briefly for processing, then deleted.

Delete your account or write to us and we remove your personal data, except records we must keep, such as transaction history for tax and legal compliance.

Your rights

Ask us what we hold, ask for a copy, ask for deletion, or ask for corrections at hello@mykitchen.bio. Rights under your local law, including Texas and, where applicable, California, apply.

Changes

Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
