How to request a refund

Reply to your receipt email or write to hello@mykitchen.bio from the email you bought with. Refunds are full refunds only.

What happens when you're refunded

You get the full amount back to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

Your access to the cookbook, including cook mode and downloads, ends when the refund is issued.

A few honest limits

Refunds cover your most recent purchase of an item, once. Accounts with repeated buy-and-refund patterns may have refund requests declined.

After 7 days, refunds are at our discretion — write to us anyway; if something's genuinely wrong, such as broken files, wrong product, or a duplicate charge, we'll make it right regardless of timing.

If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us, access is suspended while the dispute is open.
